How long will it take you to submit my website?
For 590 plus directories it will take 10 business days, you will be able to check the status by logging onto our system and we will tell you via percentages how far along we are.

Can I adjust the time it takes to submit to directories?
You cannot adjust the time it takes. It will take 10 business days. There are 2 reasons we take 10 business days
1. We cannot make the time shorter, because we want to make sure we are submitting your site correctly.
2. We will not spread the submissions out over time to make your link campaign look natural to the search engines. There is no reason to do this, each directory is owned individually and the directory owners will approve the submissions according to their schedules. This will result in a natural link building campaign and the search engines will see links building naturally.

How do I know you actually submitted my website to directories?
When you logon to our system you will receive two reports. A submission report letting you know which directories we submitted to and a snap shot report, actual pictures of the directories with your information entered into the submission forms of the directories. You will also receive emails from the directories that they received the submission plus emails when they accept the submission. The directories are individually owned by other webmasters and not associated with The Cypher.

I have a new website when will I see it indexed in the search engines?
We have no control over the search engines on when they will visit your website, but from past experience it will take anywhere from 1-6 weeks. It all depends when the directories start approving your submission. Once you are approved the spiders need to visit your link on the directories and follow the link to your site, which will then be inserted into the search engine database.

I'm not getting traffic to my website?
Depending on the keywords you choose to market and the competiveness of those keywords you should see traffic within 30 days. Remember this is only part of your website marketing, you should write articles, post to forums, post to blogs and exchange links when necessary.

If I choose "The Test" package and then decide to do "The Lifetime" package how does this work?
If you decide to try us with "The Test" package and then signup with "The Lifetime" package, we will refund the amount of "The Test" package. So you will only pay for "The Lifetime" package.

Are there any discounts if I have more than one website?
For each additional website we take 20% off the "The Lifetime" package. This can only be used if you orginally signed up for the lifetime plan and then an additional site(s) was added or you started with the test plan and upgraded to the lifetime plan, then added an additional site(s), a 20% discount would be taken off the additional site(s).

I have an Adult Website will you submit it?
We do NOT submit adult websites to directories.

Can I get a refund?
The only time you can get a refund is before we start submitting to directories. Once we start submitted there will be no refunds. It takes many hours to submit manually and we strive to do the best job possible.

What are the different pages ranks you submit to?
We submit to many different directories, here is the break down.
Since our directory numbers change every two weeks this is an approximate count.

Why do we submit to low page ranks?
The reason we submit to low page ranks is because as these directories build they will turn into page ranks 3 and 4 or higher and your links will already be included in the directories, and the page you are on will also increase in page rank. This looks very natural to the search engines.

If I try the test plan and then upgrade to the lifetime plan how many directories do you submit to?
We will submit your site to a total of 580 directories. We will submit to 50 for the test and 530 for the lifetime. If you choose the lifetime only we will submit to 590 directories. We do make updates to our directories every 2 weeks which means we add more directories to our system so these numbers will change as time goes on.

Will I receive rejections from directory owners?
Each directory is owned and operated by individuals or companies, we have no association with them. Each directory owner will decide if they want to approve or reject a submission, we have no control over this. We will do our best to submit your website to the best category and we will make sure that the titles, and descriptions conform to the directory owners terms. Keep in mind that if you are a member of "The Lifetime" plan your site will continually be submitted to new directories, we add new directories every 2 weeks.

Will you review my site information?
Yes, we will review your site information to make sure that it meets the terms of the directories. If we find a problem we will email you with what the directories are looking for, we will even give you an example.

Why am I receiving all these emails?
When we submit your website to the directories most of the directories will send you a confirmation email. You might need to click on link to confirm your submission. Don't worry this is normal. Plus it shows that we are actually submitting your website to directories.

Why didn't I receive emails from all Directories?
Many directory owners will send emails that they have received your directory submission and there are those who do not. But don't worry they will send the email if your listing is approved or rejected.

Is the cost for both The Test plan and Lifetime plan a monthly charge?
Absolutely NOT. This is a one time charge. Why then do we continue submitting your site to directories? Well, first we want to offer great service. Second, we feel that it is better to give then to receive. So we decided to give back. Third, we value you as a customer.

I have not been receiving emails for directory submissions every 2 weeks, why did this happen? Are you still submitting my website every 2 weeks?
If we do not add new directories to our list your website will not be submitted. We are very careful in the directories we choose to submit to. When we add new directories to our list your website will be submitted and your lifetime submission will continue.
