- We guarantee you 100% Directory Submission. Each directory submission is approved by the owner of the directory we are not associated with any directory we submit to. Once your site is accepted into a directory the directory normally emails you confirming this. The emails will not come from our system. The directory owner has the ability to approve or reject the submissions made by "The Cypher", we have no control over this.
- We will complete the directory submission within the time designated for each plan.
- You agree not to hold us responsible of any charge if after our submission is through and the final report has been received and acknowledged by you, the site does not open or changes its functionality or de-lists you later on.
- You agree that you are above 18 yrs.
- You claim and agree to be the owner or an authorized agent acting on behalf of the actual owner and agree to take full responsibility of the information provided to us.
- You agree that the information provided by you is by no means abusive, pornographic, detrimental or derogatory.
- Your information can by no means be classified as a “Spam”. We will check all information before submitting to directories.
- While submitting the site, we represent you as your agent and can take any decision on your behalf.
- We are not responsible for any kind of information provided to the directories. You are solely responsible for the correctness and lawfulness of the information provided.
- You will not hold us responsible for problems associated to your site or business.
- We will submit to sites with Page Rank 0-8. We are not responsible if page rank on the directories change. We do not own and are not associated with any directories we submit to.
- If you have joined the lifetime plan we will submit your website to additional directories at no additional charge. This is not included in the lifetime plan price, this is a bonus (additional feature) which we offer at no cost to you. Every two weeks we will add additional directories and submit your site to these directories with no additional cost to you.
- If you have joined the test plan and decide to join the lifetime plan later on we will refund the price of the test plan.
- The 20% discount can be used if you signed up for the lifetime plan and then added an additional site under the lifetime plan.
- The home page url must not be dynamic in any way. If you enter www.domain.com it needs to point to www.domain.com not other dynamic pages. The directories will not be able to validate your website
- Once the submission begins there will be no refunds.
